My Story

I discovered the benefits of acupuncture following a short spell of ill health. I was quickly diagnosed with endometriosis and soon after, I underwent a series of heartbreaking miscarriages. Each of my five miscarriages came at a different stage of pregnancy and all appeared to have different causes. Understandably I was exhausted and began wondering if it would happen for us at all. It was a painful experience but luckily we never lost hope and my next two pregnancies were a success giving me 2 beautiful children!

Acupuncture was instrumental in supporting my health throughout both pregnancies. It helped me turn both babies when they were breech, my husband used acupressure points to support me during labour and it helped me through hyperemesis gravidarum and post-natal anxiety with my second child.

The effects of the acupuncture not only helped my physical health, but also my mental & emotional wellbeing. I started to see the body in a whole new light and this gave me the nudge I needed to make to the life-changing decision to leave my corporate job & return to university to study Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Paediatric Acupuncture

My children are my greatest teachers & inspiration, making it more important than ever to manage their health as naturally as possible. This was the reason I chose to learn Paediatric Acupuncture and Nutritional Therapy. The additional knowledge I have gained has helped me to understand my children from a whole new perspective and to make more informed decisions about their health.

I consider it a privilege to be able to help others through their fertility journey & beyond. I hope that if nothing else, my story gives people hope that one day their dream of having children could come true."

My Vision
To create a warm, friendly, healing environment where you can lay back & relax during your treatments.

My Approach

I have a passion for learning (some would say obsession) & my treatment approach involves a range of Naturopathic techniques, such as:

  • Acupuncture

  • Paediatric Acupuncture

  • Bio-resonance Therapy

  • Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy

  • Eating Psychology Coaching

  • Detoxification & environmental toxins

  • Hypnotherapy (pre-recorded tracks played during your session)

This wide knowledge base enables me to look at health from multiple angles, and to create a bespoke treatment.

I am a firm believer in preventative medicine, if you manage the bodies health before sickness manifests, you can potentially avoid more serious issues later on.  My role is to help people to understand their own health and empower them to take back control."
