Animal Naturopathy

Animal naturopathy is intended as a complimentary approach to caring for the well-being of horses, dogs and cats. It places a strong emphasis on natural remedies, nutritional balance, and lifestyle adjustments to promote overall health. Rooted in traditional naturopathic principles customised for animals, this method aims to enhance vitality, prevent illnesses, and bolster the body's natural ability to heal and find equilibrium.

By adopting a holistic perspective that considers various facets like physical, emotional, and environmental influences, our goal at Halo Clinic is to optimise the health and wellness of our cherished animal companions.

Through the utilisation of bio-resonance scanning we identify subtle stressors and address them. Follow up sessions may also include a combination with techniques such as acupressure and botanical choices to support the well-being of your beloved pets.

This particular therapy combines Lindsay's robust background in human therapy with her specialised degree in Equine Science & Technology. In addition to this she is also training as a Practitioner in Animal Botanical Choices (Zoopharmacognosy).

“Animals have given me so much love and joy throughout my life, it is truly an honour to be able to give them something back”

Lindsay Fieldhouse

Disclaimer:

Complementary medicine or therapy should not be regarded as a substitute for conventional medical care. Neither must it delay treatment with conventional medicine. Failing to provide your animal with protection from "pain, suffering, injury, or disease" (Defra Animal Welfare Act 2006) could result in prosecution. Pet owners should always prioritise their pet's well-being and seek professional veterinary advice before implementing any complementary therapies.

Naturopathic Consultations

During a naturopathic consultation we will investigate your health from many angles. Using high-tech Bio-resonance Technology we will analyse your organ functioning, vitamin & mineral levels, heavy metal toxicities and do a full body bio-health scan to identify if there are any tissues that are under particular stress.

Once we have identified the areas of stress, the same technology is then used to treat them. We formulate a treatment plan based on what we find, which may include follow-up sessions of bio-resonance to treat any pathogens & microbes or treat the different levels of structure from DNA, cellular structures, and tissues to whole organs.

Stresses are often found in the form of:
- Pain & Inflammation
- Pathogens such as bacteria & viruses
- Emotional stresses & trauma
- Physical injury
- Environmental Toxins & pollutants
- Nutritional deficiencies

Follow up sessions may also include acupressure, botanical choices and aromatherapy.

Treatment techniques

  • Bio-resonance

Animal bioresonance is a holistic therapy for animals based on the idea that the body emits electromagnetic waves, and disruptions can signal health issues. It uses specialised equipment to detect and correct these imbalances with frequencies intended to stimulate self-healing.

  • Acupressure

Acupressure is based on the same principles as acupuncture but instead of needles, gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the body. Acupressure is non-invasive and helps release tension, improve circulation, and stimulate the body's natural healing abilities.

  • Zoopharmacognosy

Zoopharmacognosy investigates how animals' instinctually self-medicate in their natural environment. It examines how they select and utilise medicinal plants, botanicals, and even essential oils for healing purposes. Lindsay is currently studying this subject.
